This highly secure specialized laboratory will provide superior indoor environmental quality for researchers while saving the university in operating costs and utility bills. Watershed was brought in to oversee the commissioning of the facility and provide LEED consulting services to the architect and engineers. The Specialized Laboratory Building became the third LEED certified building on USA’s Mobile Campus.
