Celebrate a New Start with Recycled Art!

Stop by our new office during the Fairhope First Friday Artwalk.

During the past year we moved to a new location, inaugurated a new website, completed an ownership transition, started our first Passive House projects, while continuing to shepherd LEED buildings to certification, and became an official “Living Building Ambassador!”

We are grateful for the blessings of the past year, and looking forward to using these tools to make affordable, high performance buildings more accessible to building owners and home owners across the South. Join us celebrate our own new beginnings, by helping needy families make a new start.

Stop by our new office during the Fairhope First Friday Artwalk for a “Preview Party” of repurposed and recycled artwork. These unique pieces, crafted by local artists and students, will be sold at auction later this year to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Baldwin County.

From discarded Mardis Gras beads to used steel drums, these artists have transformed trash to treasure. We hope they inspire you to do the same!

There is still time to create artwork for the auction, so come and get inspired! The Habitat ReStore, our community resource for salvaged building materials, will donate supplies for your artistic creation.  Follow our News Page for more information, or contact Rebecca for details.
