Green Building Architect Rebecca Bryant Receives Mobile Bay Magazine 40 Under 40 Award

Each year, Mobile Bay magazine identifies people under the age of 40 who are dynamic leaders in the local business community.

The award is designed to recognize 40 of the top individuals younger than age 40 who demonstrate leadership, professional excellence and a commitment to the Mobile Bay area community. Winners are selected from the business and professional community, as well as exemplary leaders in the arts, medicine, education, community involvement and more. Rebecca is honored to receive the prestigious award from the Mobile Bay Magazine and bring more attention to the importance of building green and sustainable architecture.

Rebecca divides her practice between green architectural design, consulting, and education, in order to cultivate and grow the market for resilient, healthy, high performance buildings in the deep South.

“These individuals are from all walks of life, from all parts of our community, yet they share the common aspiration to create opportunities for a better life for everyone in the community. It is a privilege to work with these individuals who donate their time as volunteers, their voice as advocates, and their resources as donors. Their extraordinary actions support the social fabric that ties our community together and create lasting change and are the reason they are so deserving of this bestowed honor,” says United Way of South Alabama President and CEO Cliff Grimes.
