The Residences are located across the street from Knoll Park, a unique longleaf pine ecosystem in the heart of Fairhope, recently designated a Butterfly Sanctuary. The photos below highlight the walking trails and butterfly and bird attracting native plants, that are just across Fairhope Avenue. Residents will have front row seats for the annual migration of monarch butterflies and neotropical birds across the gulf. The landscape design for the Residences at Knoll Park is formal, but will incorporate native flowering and fruiting plants to complement Fairhope’s tradition of welcoming our seasonal visitors, both feathered birds and human “snow birds,” with flowers.
