Mobile Bay Magazine featured the revitalization of the historic Summit Street Inn in its December 2024 issue.
It’s no small project to revitalize a historic building, and we’ve enjoyed working with the owner to preserve cultural history while also reducing environmental impacts. The revitalized hotel, at Fairhope Avenue and Summit Street, will be comfortable and energy efficient, with six modern guest rooms with private baths.
