Please join us Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 4:30 in the Fairhope Public Library when WATERSHED and the Fairhope Educational Enrichment Foundation will share a community vision to create a center for learning and the arts in the heart of Fairhope. The meeting will be hosted by the Educational Advisory Committee and is open to the public.

For 20 years, the Fairhope Educational Enrichment Foundation (FEEF) has promoted innovative and creative learning for all Fairhope public school students. With the help of the community, FEEF has invested more than $2 million to promote the arts and sciences in our schools.

With its unique waterfront ecosystem and its citizens’ historic appreciation for education and the arts, Fairhope’s downtown is the perfect location to establish an innovative, sustainable, multi-use facility for students, educators, residents, and visitors. Its very design will be a teaching tool for how to preserve and protect our delicate environment, while providing a permanent extension of our classrooms and performance spaces. And it will serve as a leading example in the state of civic cooperation and visionary planning.
